During law school, Brian focused on gaining real, hands-on experience outside of the classroom. Brian was part of the Investor Justice Clinic and assisted poor families and the elderly who had been subjected to financial abuse. Brian also helped new entrepreneurs launch their careers in the Start-up Legal Services Clinic at USF.
Brian has been immersed in the long term healthcare industry for his entire life. Brian’s family has owned and operated skilled nursing facilities in Southern California for the last sixty years, and Brian has utilized that invaluable and personal experience by leading the Elder Abuse division at Cartwright Law Firm.
Additionally, Brian is well-versed in all areas of general personal injury litigation including complex product liability, premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases. Brian also has experience in employment law and handles discrimination, wrongful termination and sexual harassment cases.
Brian is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California and is an active member of the following associations:
